KPS own and manage local properties utilised by Kent Borough Councils Housing Departments as emergency accommodation.

We provide and manage on a daily basis, living space for individuals and families as well as a dedicated mother and baby unit. These properties have been completely renovated and fitted out to a high standard specifically for there present use.

If you are homeless or soon to become homeless and in need of temporary accommodation, please contact your local Council Housing team as soon as possible, we are unable to deal directly with your enquiry.
